Below are just a few of the charity events and voluteer opportunities for team building that we offer. These charity events help create memorable corporate events and allow you to give back to the community while building a stronger team.
Charity Event - Extreme Room Makeover
When you are a child, your bedroom is your world. During this event, teams brighten a child-in-need’s world by redecorating their bedroom. Teams get cash and details about the likes of the child whose bedroom they are redecorating. Then, it’s off to the shops! When teams return, they set up the décor in makeshift bedrooms. Judges award prizes to the team with the best bedrooms. But, everyone – especially the children – win as all décor is donated.
Charity Event - SupPORT – Games & Equipment Donation
It’s time to lend support by purchasing sports equipment for a charity of the company’s choosing, such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Teams compete in games using this equipment. Option 1 - Our experts design games and the equipment is donated in the company’s name. Option 2 - Each team is challenged to create a game on site using this equipment. After our experts approve games, all teams play each game to earn points. The equipment is donated in the name of the team that earns the most points in all of the games.
Charity Event - One-Derful World
Whether it’s making a difference in the world, or making a difference in your company, every individual’s actions count, which is highlighted in this event. Individuals or teams are assigned to work on a section of beach, which has been prepared by an earth artist earlier. Jobs include digging along marked lines, filling in areas with beach grasses, etc. When work is done, individuals lay on the ground, using their body to spell out their company name. An aerial photograph is taken and participants see that all of their individual actions have resulted to create a work of art celebrating Mother Earth. This event can be complimented with an entertaining section – speech or trivia contest - on environmental awareness.
