The Gaylord Palms Resort hired us to create a treasure hunt that would get more guests to their resort over Memorial Day Weekend. In order to win the $10,000 grand prize, guests had to book a stay at the resort. We created the treasure hunt – they implemented it with their own team. The results were tremendous – a huge increase in room nights, increased media coverage for the resort and excellent guest satisfaction ratings according to surveys turned in after the hunt.
