How long does a typical activity last?

Typical networking activities last ½ - 2 hours. Typical team building activities last 2-4 hours. However, we’ve had activities last as little as 10 minutes and as long as one week! Let us know your time constraints and goals and our consultants will create the perfect solution!

How many can participate in a recreational activity at a time?

No group size is too small or large! Certain activities work well with different size groups. We’ll be happy to advise you on the best options for your group size.

Some of the activities seem, well…a bit wildly different! Are you sure my guests won’t think they are too silly?

Activities that are wildly different are the ones that generate the most buzz and memories. What are people going to talk about and remember more – the cocktail party with the band playing in the background? Or, the cocktail party where they made racecars out of fruits and vegetables and raced them on a pinewood derby-style track!

What kind of space do we need for a recreational activity?

Activities can be held indoors, or outdoors. However, if you choose to host your activity outdoors, a rain-back-up plan is advised and we can help with that. Also, some activities require little space, while others require a great deal. We can help you choose the best activity for the space you have available.

Can your activities accommodate those with disabilities?

Absolutely! Let us know if your guests have special needs so we can design an activity everyone can participate in.

We partner with the best in the industry. We are happy to refer you to our partners so you can work with them direct. Or, we’ll be happy to act as your liaison for a small additional investment.

How much do your recreational activities cost?

Prices vary, based on inclusions, number of participants, location, etc. However, our minimum investment to run an activity starts at $2,000. Many clients are shy about sharing their budget. However, if you don’t share your budget with us, we could quote an activity that is wildly different from what you budgeted for. A smaller budget may mean there are fewer bells and whistles. But, you can still get a big bang for your buck!

Is tax included in the cost of your activities?

Our services are not taxable. So, the price quoted is all-inclusive and there are no hidden charges.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted. However, a 3% service fee is added on to the investment if you choose to use a credit card.

Why do you charge a 2% service fee for activities booked less than two weeks out?

This is to cover rush charges for shipping and overtime for employees to produce a quality last-minute activity.
