American Ideal - A Music Team Building Event

If you are looking for a music team building event, American Ideal is for you! The music team building event begins as the American Ideal show host, Bryan Oceancrest, welcomes the crowd and informs each team that they must perform a signature song from the Karaoke song list. In addition to being judged on their singing, teams will also be judged on group name, choreography and costuming. After all, the American Ideals have to look good!

During the music team building event, teams get some help in the wardrobe and cosmetology department as they receive a themed bin containing costumes and props. Will the team choose the western-themed box and as a result decide to perform a country song? Or, will they choose the superhero-themed box and decide that REMs Superman is the right song for them?

Throughout the music team building event, teams can also “purchase” additional items at the costume shop such as fabric, pipe cleaners, construction paper, streamers, balloons, colored hairspray and more.

Three judges – either VIPs from your company, or our actors – comment on each performance. But, they don’t have the final say. The audience does! Each participant is given a voting slip and asked to vote for their favorite performance.
